Lagoon Villas

This is the home of the KITEs Method as well as the KITEs Method Surf Shop.
Below is a picture from the balcony of a Lagoon Villa. The price of this villa is $252,000 (2000sq feet). The House is two stores with huge lagoon views as well as an ocean view. There are 3 bedrooms, three baths, as well as Jacuzzis inside and out.

Paddle Boarding Tours should be easy, in fact no one should even fall in.
Paddle Surfing is a different deal. Waves and wind change everything:
1. Site selection is key...look for flat water with NO wind...until your good.
2. Pierce the shore-break with the nose of the board.
3. Kneel down to get used to the action...focus on short strokes out infront of your body.
4. Practice keeping the "top" hand in front of the face.
5. Push with the top hand, pull with the lower hand.
6. Again, short strokes in front of the body.
7. When approaching the break, drop down to your knees to paddle through.
8. When you get knocked off your board, pierce the wave with your head while curving your body to the sky, hold the paddle in one hand.
9. Once outside the break paddle along the coast looking for a wave.
10. Hit your wave running.
